Nov. 06, 2006 - Dominion Construction Preliminary Budget for Moose Jaw Multiplex with letter from Admin to the Builder's. A very important document. The Dominion prices were transmitted July 7, 2006 but withheld until after the referndum in Oct. 2006. Referendum and Petitions

2006 - First multiplex referendum requesting City re-affirm its financial commitment of $15 million toward a hockey and curling rink as envisioned in the Nustadia plans.
2008 - Petition requesting a vote on Council's June 16th decision to bypass the previous referendum results and raise the City's commitment to $34,530,560 instead of $15 million.
